Tuesday is no good. I'm in class until 9:00. I'll still fall asleep if I try to watch.

I would have to weigh my opportunity costs with that one. Is it worth the guy coming over to obtain the tickets...

I hope so. My hubby is interested in listening to his sales pitch since he just got back from his conference in LA, which by the way has helped a ton.

If he isn't ridiculously overpriced we might get some carbon monoxide detectors...

That's good. Since you had to do without him for a week, it's good that he learned something and can use it.

Those are always good.

I suppose I should go. I'll have to leave shortly.

Enjoy.

I've been a little productive this morning. Of course, productive doing things I would rather do, not what I need to do.

I need to study Accounting. I instead put together a beef stew/soup and it's going in a crock pot. Instead, I cleaned all of the kitchen counter, as in moved all knives, gadgets and so on out of the way and made sure there wasn't a germ hiding under something. I cleaned out the fridge. I swept the floor. I used Clorox on all of the door handles in the house.

I really don't want to study Accounting. Unfortunately, I have class soon and will regret that I didn't.

You really didn't want to study accounting. Cleaned out the fridge? I hate doing that.

Have a good time in class.

Good Morning, friends!

Cleaning out the fridge......a task on my to-do list.

I have (and this is no joke):

1. Three month old post roast in a crock pot in the back
2. A sealed tub of mashed potatoes from August
3. Bags of veggies un-touched since early September

Assorted sauces, plastic bags, mysterious odors.

Merr... did you buy the smoke detectors? Did the guy have a good sales pitch?

If I was in the smoke-detector market, I suspect that a resemblance to Josh Brolin wouldn't hurt as far as a sales pitch.

No. The jerk didn't even show up.

He was supposed to come last week, but called and cancelled at the last minute and we reset it up for yesterday and then he didn't even come. His loss though. I guess we'll just have to go to Home Depot.

Okay I'm taking a deep breath........
The physical jigging about, the frantic pointing and hand fluttering was, I admit very irritating. I suspect their attempt to try and speak to a contemporary audience failed on that respect.

On that other matter, I personally loved JLM as Knightley.

Perhaps a wee bit too short.......but I forgave him this when he gave us his first smouldering look at Emma.

I liked him too.

I'm not remembering fluttering hands.
